After lectures and kirtan devotees can chant and enjoy the beautiful environment, breathing healthy air (potentially full of healthy negative ions). Studies are showing that ‘blue space’ provides us healthy benefits emotionally and spiritually. They are also showing that the sound of waves and moving water also help us reach a relaxed state that benefits us medically by lowering our stress level.
